Terms & COndition


  1. Registration and Confirmation:
    1. Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
    2. Confirmation of participation will be sent via email after successful registration and payment.
    3. Intended participants must also submit a short video link singing any arias (a YouTube video link with the video settings set to public)
    4. Participants will receive an email confirmation of acceptance from organiser.
  2. Payment:
    1. Participants must pay the designated fee for the masterclass in full and within the specified timeframe. Deadline for submission is 1 September 2023
    2. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
  3. Attendance and Punctuality:
    1. Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the masterclass as scheduled.
    2. It is the participant’s responsibility to join the sessions on time.
    3. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  4. Conduct:
    1. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the masterclass.
    2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour towards fellow participants, instructors, or staff will not be tolerated, and may result in immediate expulsion from the masterclass without refund.
    3. Attire accepted is smart casual.
  5. Intellectual Property:
    1. All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the instructor and/or the organising entity.
    2. Participants are not permitted to distribute, share, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.
  6. Recording and Photography:
    1. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video, or taking photographs during the masterclass, unless expressly permitted by the instructor or organiser.
    2. Exceptions may be made for designated Q&A or interactive sessions, with prior consent from all parties involved.
    3. Organiser reserves the right to record and photograph masterclass proceedings for documentation and improvement purposes.
  7. Liability:
    1. Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in the masterclass is voluntary and at their own risk.
    2. The instructor, organisers, and hosting platforms shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the masterclass.
  8. Modifications and Cancellations:
    1. The instructor or organiser reserves the right to modify the masterclass schedule, content, or format, including substituting instructors, if necessary.
    2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the instructor or organiser, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where applicable.
  9. Privacy:
    1. Participants’ personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of the masterclass and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  10. Governing Law:
    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sarawak, Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.


By registering and participating in the masterclass, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the participant’s removal from the masterclass without refund.
