Along with the application form, candidates must attach:

1. Two recent photos (one small and one artistic);
2. Registration form with relative brief artistic curriculum with the relative programme to be performed in the various tests;

• The singers will be accompanied by one or more accompanist teachers. It is possible to be accompanied by one’s own pianist.
• The panel of judges is made up of internationally renowned artists. The decision of the judges is final and unquestionable and reserves the right to interrupt the execution at any time. The panel reserves the right to award ex-aequo prizes, or not to award any prize if it does not find the required artistic qualities in the competitors.
• The winners and finalists will be awarded a certification of participation in the competition.

• Confirmed competitors must report to the Competition Secretariat on 7^th October, 2023 at The Borneo Cultures Museum Hall registration desk from 10am to 5pm and equipped with an identity document for registration and allotment of competition sequence.

• At the Borneo Cultures Museum (BCM) Hall in the presence of the judges, the start letter of the various tests will be drawn. The competition will be divided into three rounds: Preliminary in camera, Semifinal and Final which will take place at the BCM Hall. Certificates will be presented to all finalists.
• Prizes for the Winner and two runners-up will be presented during the Gala Opera night on 12^th October 2023.

The candidate will present 6 arias with recitative and cabaletta (if any) of their choice:

Preliminary Tests: 8^th to 10^th October 2023 @ 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. The candidate will perform at his own choice two pieces among the six presented;

Semi-final round: 11^th October 2023 from 11am to 2pm. Performance of two pieces, one chosen by the candidate (excluding those performed in the first phase) and the other chosen by the judges from among the remaining four.

Final: 11^th October 2023 from 5pm to 9pm. The finalists in agreement with the judges, accompanied by pianist, will perform one or two pieces, one of which preferably by Bellini, among those listed below:
